Merlot Vin De Pays d'Oc
 Roland holds the only café in the village with devotion.
In fact he only has two passions in life: running his café
and tending his vines. So what greater pleasure for him than
to entertain his clients with some of his Merlot.
Wine Style
Like Roland this is a multi faceted Merlot with surprising
hidden depths. A pleasingly fruity nose leads on to a depth
of plummy, cooked fruits and hints of spice. It has a dark
seductive side and an amazingly rich and dark ruby red colour.
Serving advice
In his bistro Roland recommends this wine with coq au vin,
meat in sauces and cheese.
Serve 60 – 65°F
