Merlot wine from Mont Tauch: A multi-faceted Merlot with surprising hidden depths. A fruity nose leads to a depth of plummy, cooked fruits and hints of spice. It has a dark seductive side and an amazingly rich and dark ruby red colour.

Chardonnay wine from Mont Tauch: This crisp Chardonnay is a racy little number with lots of panache. The bouquet has hints of tropical fruit with lovely peaches and delicate floral flavours.
